1. Provisional bookings taken over the telephone will be held for 5 days but in order to secure the booking, we need a 20% non-refundable deposit.

2. Balance of tariff to be paid 6 weeks before holiday.

3. £50 cash, breakages, cleaning deposit payable on arrival.  We would normally expect to refund this to you at the end of your stay.

4. To allow us time to clean the property and prepare it properly after the previous let, we ask that you arrive at the property on first day of let no earlier than 3 pm. So that we can be sure to be at hand when you arrive we ask that you phone us a few nights before the start of your stay just to confirm details and estimated time of arrival.  Property to be vacated by 10 am on morning of last day of booking please.

5. No pets please.

6. Strictly no smoking.

7. Rental includes all electricity and heating plus fresh bed linen, towels and kitchen linen each week.  We clean Ysgubor Wen each Saturday between 10 am and 3 pm during rental periods.  If your rental period is in excess of a week we ask that you allow us access to change the linen and clean the floors etc.

It is our aim that every holiday at Ysgubor Wen is a peaceful and relaxing one.  We hope that you will have an enjoyable stay and that the care taken in renovating the barn will help to create the right environment for you.
